Hearing Voices Group runs every Thursday at 11.30 - 12.30

The Bridge Day Services provide a therapeutic programme that works in partnership with service users to identify their needs, develop a care plan, work towards goals and review progress.

These services support people with enduring mental health problems to build sustainable coping strategies, break social isolation, and promote social inclusion through meaningful activities that build networks and training that may lead to employment.

The service offers a variety of one-to-one, group and peer support activities both at The Bridge and in the community of Harrow. The Bridge also offers a mixed use community space for use by external organisations (including Statutory Health and voluntary sector organisations).

North London Eating Disorders Support and Self Help Group for Sufferers

We are a warm and friendly bunch of people and appreciate you may be nervous however we welcome you and you will be warmly welcomed by all in the group. We use a positive, motivating and supportive approach. We also explore coping strategies and use a mentalising approach where necessary to help the group think about how difficulties may impact on sufferers and others. This enables many to take issues they are struggling with back to their treatment setting and work on with a professional and gain further support in the group. After the group many go out for coffee and a chat. There is no pressure to eat or drink anything -that is the beauty of the acceptance of who everyone is.

Service deals with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, EDNOS, with or without borderline personality disorder.

Please get in touch before attending the group meeting, and note that text messages will not be responded to.

Discretionary Voluntary donation for those from Barnet, Enfield and Haringey appreciated however no one turned away. (£3 for those unemployed/ £6-£10 appreciated for those employed)
£10 charge for other areas

Self Referral but must phone or email before attending
