i live in dread of the off med neighbour from hell moving in nearby, the authorities if i complain saying he's mentallly ill as an excuse when the reason for his behaviour is he's refusing treatment not that he's mentally ill

and then the impossibility of getting sectioned will be a two edged sword

and i hear about labours plans for tenancies for life and think does that include problem neighbours

maybe i've had unfortunate experiencies

my news said you cannot go on the council waiting list if you have a history of bad behaviour. Whether mental illness is excused from that i don't know. It means also you cannot move to a new town if you have bad behaviour in your current one.

remember david was making comments about the other people and the oaps said how did you get in, he was as the other ex cons put it on the mental health, there had been a no of them referred from this probation hostel, apparently a psychiatrist would hold a surgery at this hostel on a mon morning and specialised in diagnosing them, they'd refuse to take any treatment but self medicating on alcohol

There is lots of mental illness and frightening behaviour around my street also. Some of them should be in hospital.

I always thought you couldn't be diagnosed until sober/clean as it masks symptoms.

they probably were sober at the probation hostel, it was when they were housed they went on the booze and illegal drugs, they weren't adverse to nicking my drugs either though it was another story when i suggested they go to the gp and get their own on prescription

the druggies buy the meds off the mentally ill here and sell them for them. It happens where my cousin lives too because her mum buys them to help her sleep. I should sell mine, would make a fortune. I'd be the one whose tablet killed someone and they trace it back to me and lock me up

remember when this gp showed my my notes i said do you see that entry were i was depressed i'd made an arrangement with a dealer to sell them he sells them to the kids down his road the dr said a word to the authoritys is in order i said he's got a kid of his own, the dr said all the more reason for a word to the authorities, i said if these drugs are so wonderful whats wrong with giving them to little kids, he totally lost his temper

some of the comments on my notes upset me which was why i went for him, he was an inner city gp who agreed to let me see my notes and arranged for me to arrive an hour early and sit in a room reading them, he asked me what i thought of them, i said what do you think of them, he said i haven't read them firstly i don't beleive in having preconceived opinions of my patients and secondly i haven't the time
