Hi everyone
Hope you're all as well as you can be during this time. I've been suffering from pretty bad anxiety for the last year and it's been really awful at times. Been looking online for forums and glad I came across this one looks like it will be good for help and advice or sometimes just knowing you're not alone can help as I'm sure you all know it feels like you're the only person in the world living with it! Look forward to chatting with you all.
