I have anxiety/and depression
I have anxiety most days, sometimes on and off all day then other days just two or three times
I am finding it difficult to concentrate on anything other than the physical symptoms it produces
My sleep is not great at all - so I’m always tired
Today l was really tired but got up - did some jobs - just felt l didn’t have much motivation - had some lunch - fruit & cereal then had a walk with my dog - sat down for a while and I just felt shaky
The whole of my body felt shaky & weak
It was quite strange it lasted for about 2hours and made me feel unwell
Can anyone else relate to this at all

Ive had so many different symptons, some really scary ones.

If you type in problem anxiety symptons there is a diagram on there which lists lots of symptons. I have ticked most at some.point.

Reading them reminds me that im okay and it is anxiety.

Im really struggling too at the moment, we jist have to remember when your in the moment ita really frighening but it does pass

Holy crap i thought only i had had that. Powerful weakness, shaking limbs, getting tired. I call them hunger attacks, im either not eating enough over long periods of time, like months, or my blood sugar crashes. Next time stuff your face a bit, fruit is good but heavy foods are as well. The feeling should fade in 20m after you start eating if you eat fast like i do. Apples work really well. Any pasta will work, anything with some sugar and weight. Candy wont do it. Do let me know if it works for you!

I get shaky in public places, tremors almost like parkisons. Alot of it could just be adrenaline your not used too, some people live the rush some people handle the rush. Its amazing how going out for a little bit can cause almost like a drug like high (although not feels good) Mine tremors don't last long after getting back home, but i could have ptsd for a day or two after. If symptoms are physicals get physicals, what i have dealt with is dealing with the problem is better then thinking about it, although the anxiety spikes are harder, they will calm down and last longer, if not the process may be incredibly slow and painful.
