hello everyone i hope you all are doing well! i am here because i am struggling with anxiety more than ever. my problem is the intrusive thoughts, the more i try to control them, the more it becomes of a burden. after having intrusive thoughts i always ruminate for hours. i understand there just thoughts that don't equal reality. but my body responds to it as if its real and causes me to feel sick. i feel sad because of it, but I'm trying to keep a positive attuite because i know it will pass but i need a little help in the meantime. is anyone else going through this?
