Hi
I am 52 and have BPD. Over the years I have been hospitalised and have never managed to get a grip on it. At the moment I am feeling particularly crappy as I'm due to start "another" round of intense therapy in two weeks and I know it will be the same old story I'm already starting to dislike the therapist so that doesn't bode well. Oh well glad to be here glad to of found this site. X

Therapy is not so thrilling. It does help though. Just be willing to open up do not keep things hidden. My therapist is so so-she is afraid of upsetting me. I have psychosis. Low key in therapy which is good for me for now. I will open up slowly. Sending hugs and love your way. Hope all goes super well.
