Hi:)
I'm glad to be here. I have been struggling with depression/anxiety all my life, and almost 47 years old. I struggle with negative thoughts all the time and try really hard to stop them at the time that they enter my head, but some days it's one after the other. It's so frustrating. My husband is very loving and supportive of me, but sometimes I can be hard on him too. I'm trying to find ways of managing this but it's difficult. I'm on a medication which helps a lot but its not absolute. Hoping to find more ideas here.
It's nice to meet you.

Yeah meds ….not the whole picture ….the thing about negative thinking is that imo they are a habit long ingrained and also our response to stuff happening in our lifes has an effect on our thinking bit of a vicious cycle really.

Slow the thinking down maybe that helps you to start noticing your behaviour ime (in my experience) which is well weird but very helpful.
