I've had this for around 4/5 years now I've had ecgs in the past and blood tests etc. Numerous times the doctor has listened to my heart and lungs and all is fine as well as my blood pressure. But still I get aches and pains in my chest, upper back and neck. I've had a sports massage and he said my upper back is very knotted and that can come through to the chest buy with anxiety I think the worset. I'm only 29 and it's driving me crazy

Hi,
I have pains in my chest and joints and have fibromyalgia and inflammatory arthritis.
Something must be causing your pains, do see a different dr.
Take care

aches and pains can be a symptom of depression, are you getting enough sleep, particularly deep restorative sleep (depression sufferers can spend too much time in REM sleep and so often wake up feeling tired like they havnt slept and have aches and pains)

or fibromyalgia as someone else suggested, could be that

Relate. I get palpitations and different sorts of pain. It often comes with short headaches too. Physical pain often comes with the mental problems.
