Need some help for intrusive thoughts

Past few weeks I have been suffering intrusive ocd thoughts.

First one is my mum put cash though the letter box in a father’s day envlope, i worries she took it from the bin my worry comes from when I stayed there she use to take newspaper out bin also put blocked toilet bags in the bin. It’s a hypothetical question though it maybe never happened she said it never but I don’t believe her

My second worry is nobody seems real I suffer depersonalization and I developed a solipsism fear and had this going round my head that I’m the only one that exists or my life is a fake also what happens when you die all these external existence questions.

Can anybody help?

hello and welcome to the forum. Intrusive thoughts are horrible and I get them quite a lot. I find they increase with stress. Have you ever heard of Mindfulness? It might be an idea to check it out and see if it can help you with this. I also once had depersonalisation and its terrifying at times, my deepest sympathies.

Thanks I tried relaxation helps with anxiety but can’t shift the ocd I have worried all week about this about the letter box I worry everyone that touches it including new bank cards and books is dirty how can I tackle this?

I carry the bank card on me when I get a new one so the germs will be everywhere I go if it was from a bin
