I've always found that writing a list can help. In Transactional Analysis it is called "Chunking up and Chunking down" where the idea is to break down a task into smaller tasks and tackle them one by one, or maybe some items can be combined into one. It helps me, but the trick is to focus on only one at a time and not look at the big listHey there, it's been very up and down for me. I have just written a big list to myself and to my Anxiety Gremiln, I've told it to do one. I'm in control of me not it. A lost of all the positive things I have in life, I've re read over it and it's really helped pull me up.
