Need tips on how to deal and combat anxiety. Please help any suggestions

Welcome Lashaie. The only way I deal with anxiety is to analyze what triggered the anxiety and come to terms with it. Often, my anxiety is rooted in my childhood; it's an old reaction.

Sometimes it's only a current anxiety based on my fears of things.

I try that but then I get the symptoms of it and it just becomes worse

I know what you mean, LaShaie. I had something happen and now I feel stupid, unappreciated, misunderstood and anxious. I spoke some analysis of it to my bf and I wrote on here. But I still feel stupid.

My mind will not stop about it. I have to accept that I am going to feel this way for awhile.

What triggered your anxiety, if you don't mind me asking ??

Oh, and the only other thing I can offer is if someone has made you anxious, you can love them more from afar..... forgive them for their ignorance and love them from a distance.

I had a edible and it was too strong and only work I think mostly is triggering it

Are you saying you had an edible marijuana item ?? Don't eat cannabis, friend, it only makes one nervous. It will wear off eventually.

Mindfulness helps me - at least in the day time. Not so helpful at 3 am...
