Hello everyone,

I am diagnosed with ptsd.
But I think there are more issues regarding my mental health.
I hear voices. I hallucinate. I hear things.
I have anger issues. I don't trust anyone including family. I see shadows. I have a feeling someone is always following/spying on me.
I think I also have schizophrenia. But my psychologist says those symptoms are also seen in cases with severe ptsd.
Is this true? Does anyone else have these symptoms?

Honestly sometimes I think I have more than PTSD but that's my only current diagnosis.I do know not everyone's symptoms are the same.

My husband has PTSD too and our symptoms are not alike at all.

Maybe that's just how your PTSD manifests itself for you @xtra1975

Thank you for the replies. I'll talk about it with my psychiatrist.
