im really not sure why these happen, and i have no one solution, but from my experience, as i grew older and found myself having the same problems, i had to turn to mediCations for relief. The problem with the mediCations is they usually don't purely get rid of the problem, just help you feel better for awhile.(twitChing of the eyes persay) and ofCourse after you take it for awhile, your toleranCe grows. What you need to be Careful is adverse reaCtions to some mediCines doCtors Can give you. They Can make the "epilepsy" worst. Personally I had bad reaCtions to anti depressants, or just about any stimulant. While some may be worst, and some better, the DoCtors may tell you the reaCtion will only be temporarily, but from my experienCe even after stopping the med I still had the bad side effeCts that Could last for months or even a year after stopping. My body has Changed alot over time, andd taking Care of it is a must. My nerves Can really be hopped up just by thinking or worrying too muCh, i guess the best thing is not to let it get to that, exerCise, aCtivities, "meds" (a Cup a Chammomile), i never had muCh luCk with sitting still and meditating but some doo, good luCk my freind! I am also looking for ways to handle this!
