Need Advice

Hi, this is the first time I've posted here but I really need advice. Im unsure whether I have OCD or not but I've noticed things that are really starting to affect my life. There are small things that I do like flicking lightswitches on and off multiple times. I also blink hard and click my jaw until I get the "right one" (which can take hours). I will need to do things at specific times of the day and get panicked if I don't do them on time.
Daily, I have unwanted thoughts and thoughts of loved ones dying to the point and I make up terrible unrealistic scenarios in my head and feel like I can't concentrate on anything except those thoughts. I have conversations with myself and practice a conversation with someone in my head before I talk to them.
One that is starting to get out of control is that every night I go to the bathroom right before bed and once I'm finished I'll wipe myself for at least 15/20 minutes using 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper. I won't be able to move from the toilet until I'm finished and I constantly think to myself "this is the last wipe" but will keep going until I feel I'm finished. I force myself to pee to the point where it hurts my stomach and I wipe myself so much that I often injure myself.
I've been to counselling for anxiety and told my counsellor about this and she gave me advice about how to control my emotions but never really said anything specific about OCD. Does anyone have any advice for what this might be or what I can do?
Thank you so much!

Is the counsellor you see private or NHS?
If they're from the NHS, it may be worth asking them to speak to your GP or refer you to a psychiatrist.
Obviously nobody here can diagnose you but it sounds like your daily life is being affected by what you're experiencing, and so I think it's a good idea to try and see a doctor.
If you do have OCD, a counsellor can't really help you access things like medication that could help.
It sounds like it's all a bit much, so I do hope you get some more support with things soon.

Thanks for responding! NHS. I saw her last year for a few weeks but I'm going to my GP today to see what else can be done. I over think everything so I'm afraid it's all in my head and nothing can be done. Hopefully I can sort this out before it gets worse.
