Ill try make this as short as I can.
I experience voices from outside my head, when they started a year and a half ago I thought they were people in my household and of the public, they then tricked me into thinking they were real people and then I realised they are voices.

These voices are convinced that they are real people, living in london, etc etc. At first I really believed them but after all the lies they made me believe and the actions they made me take (some very serious things and I was highly gullible and naive).

They are saying these voices are telepathic communication and I was wondering if anyone experienced this?

I've always tried to see what I could do to get them to prove it and I come up with the idea of telling them to write me a letter saying 'i am the woman/women in your head '. However I still haven't got this letter and they prove my point of their nonexistent lives.

There are other factors that convince me that they're not real, for example, they are with me 24/7 from the moment I wake till I sleep, even if I slept for an hour and woke up they'd still be there. Things like apparently they can't leave the house cause they hear my every thought so how are they getting money (benefits) if they cannot leave the house.

Sorry for writing such a long post, just real alone with the voices, they are really derogatory and even though I have good coping mechanisms in place I still feel alone cause I don't have any one to share this with.

If you're still reading, thank you for taking the time out to read this.

Hi Kezbian3:

I go through a similar experience. I become convinced that it is telepathy, but perhaps the voices take on roles of people we are familiar with.

I am sorry you are struggling with this as well.

Hi,

You have us to share it with :hug1:

It didn't seem like a long post to me and you articulate your worries well. Sorry you feel so alone with your problems. I might not be able to help with any real advice but I just wanted you to know that someone else is listening.

My experiences are not quite the same as yours and Brat's but I know how confusing the voices can be at times. You seem to have approached yours logically and sensibly which is good. Do you have any family or friends nearby?

Thank you, its a nice feeling that there are people abou . I have got friends nearby, however my family are living a long distance away. Ive got my best mate and she's real supportive but its hard to talk to someone that hasnt experienced voices (hence why I joined mhf). I'd like to know if people work and if they do, how they work with the voices? I would also like to find out if my voices are similiar to other peoples experiences and just know to be able to support each other through the difficult times and encourage us through positive.

Do your voices sound like people you know? As the voices I hear Ive never heard their voice before.

I do somewhat believe they are my worst nightmares come to life as they focus on the sensitive subjects and things in this world I hate.

Have they tried brainwashing you by repetitively saying things? E.g you don't like cake at all, in fact, you hate it but everyday they tell you that you like it and want it and you've eaten cake everyday. Next thing you know your mind has started saying you like cake, you've eaten cake and you want cake even though that's definitely not the case.

Thank you for listening and talking.

They are real voices. What continent are you from? That's where they are from. It is their job to harass and make you feel like crap. They can sound like someone you know. Make you hallucinate.
It is illuminati a satanic cult. They run their operation mainly underground. Have you every heard of haarp? It's a satallite. They connect you to it for life. Their main goal is to have you commit suicide. Be warned they can use emf radiation on you. Which causes cancer. Don't bother going to the Drs. about the voices and good luck trying to figure out a way to block it. Stay away from heavy drugs read the Christian bible, pray and go to church as often as possible.

One of my voices was an actors voice and In the beginning I thought that I was hearing him telapathically, but realised after it wasn't the case, due to what he was saying.

The voices do sound just like real people. But you can't trust them.

There is a lot of information on how to cope with voices and make them more bearable, some even get rid of them or change them from negative to positive (I haven't managed this yet), from Hearing Voices Groups and Intervoice. Also look in the info in the posts at the beginning of this section, some good info and good ideas.

One of mine keeps shouting my name when I am busy. The other, he says he is from mi5 and is trying to recruit people, he says that he is using microwave auditory effect to talk to ex forces personnel.

Hope things are well this evening...To me it seems you are trying to convince yourself deep down that these voices ARE real. They are 100% not real. Keep focused on that esp if they're negatively effecting your life (not going outside etc..) living a paranoid life is no life at all, and it seems you've got a good grasp on what to look out for, keep focused on why they are not real.

Yeah I have this going on too and I talked to numerous celebrities before such as Lady Gaga and Michael Jackson. Idk how I could of talked to Michael Jackson though since he is dead when I talked to him. I also can see what these people are doing in my head as they are talking to me sometimes or they will send me an image of something to further continue the conversation. Sometimes what was said to me was true before I knew it could be and this hearing of people talking to me in my head seemed to be some kind of super awareness of some sort not just nonsense. The people in my head informed of world events and about themselves which usually ended up being true. I've tried antipsychotics and all it did was aggravate the voices into making me want to commit suicide, but now that I'm off of them the voices have dissipated and are much more supportive and gentler unless I do something immoral. Psychiatrists have it all wrong and are just stupid, insensitive, greedy pigs.

I completely understand the same happened me I would say by now your life has either moved forward or your shut down with hearing them and I dont mean that in a bad way...I suffered a tramatic stress disorder when I was in my late 20's and now I have overcome the experience and want to help understanding of whats happening.

Hey kezbian.... I know how it feels. But I myself is still new to this. My voices have been going on for years, but it's just now I'm seeking help. However I'm probably not the best person to get advice from. But I'm a good Listener. And honestly, sometimes that's all we really need.
