Anybody else rly stresses out abt their skin? I feel so dirty when i see myself in the mirror.

i used to have a lot of acne in highschool so now i have marks on my face. I always feel the need to check pictures of my face to remind myself that it’s not that bad. My psych said that was prob due to ocd since i have other ocd patterns.

Welcome to forum 💕

Have you tried using some skin care products. Myself use some that helped lighten up my acne scars from my teenage period.

The scars are still there but it’s totally a difference compared with how they looked before, you can barely see them. Myself was often conscious of my scars because I had people point it out and even got a few mean comments about the scars I had. Some people can be a bit mean even adults 😩
