Is trying to drive again. The sad part is I’m getting used to it. It isn’t good. I’m back to being scared although at the same time I’m super sappy and my mood keeps bouncing around. I would take my as needed anxiety meds but I want to save them for the flight tomorrow. I hope I can feel better soon and see that everything is really okay. I hope that it IS all okay. My brain can’t tell in this mode.

Just because you have a thought it doesn’t mean that it is true. Everything really is ok. 🤗

Thanks. I really feel like bf isn’t understanding me too much. He’s telling me to drop something that I was just trying to explain myself. I feel like he makes no sense and then gets annoyed that I don’t either understand him or “drop it”. I don’t want to have to try to say what I think he wants to hear. It is exhausting. He isn’t always that way he’s just in a bad mood 🙈🙈🙈

Guess I’ll leave him alone to sort that out lol.

It’s difficult with BPD as sometimes if you detach you don’t hear what somebody is saying and even if you do hear your interpretation of what has been said can be distorted based on just your feelings. You don’t have to say what he wants to hear, although you may FEEL that way. If he ever says ‘drop it’ to you, it’s probably best you do. If you are curious ask him about it later when you have both calmed down. Finally, try not to analyse and think too much. Just try to slow yourself down by taking five really deep breaths, feeling the stomach as it goes up and down. 🤗
