What is the timetable for? Can you explain more about it? Maybe someone here has experience with it too and can help you out?

Oh! What a great idea! As you get used to your timetable and it becomes routine it will be easier and easier. It's there as an aid to you to find stability and as long as you are trying you cannot be a failure! 🤗

Timetables for routines can be super helpful!
The good thing is that you cant really fail. You might struggle to stick to it for a while, or there may be times that you just cant do it at all and that is okay. As long as you keep going back to it and trying to keep that level of routine, it will be a great help.
Usually though once you get into the swing of it and it becomes your routine, youd be lost without it and it will really benefit you in other areas of your life too.

Try to stop pressuring yourself. You will do fine!
