Hi guys, I struggle to watch tv or read anyway when I’m not great as I can just can’t concentrate but the music and noisiness of a lot of movies triggers panic and if there are negative things in movies it can give my anxiety more food for thought..... I’m trying to stick to feel good kind of movies and have watched some utter rubbish the past few weeks and my partner is getting a bit fed up we have drastically changed our viewing schedule..... any good suggestions?

It's always a nightmare finding movies that my partner and me both want to watch.
We usually settle for comedies.
This has some really good acting.

Thanks guys.... comedies are usually one of our go To but when I’m feeling down I want things that remind me there is lovely things...... and usually they are pretty dire
