my mother said they don't have mental health treatment in malta they just swim out to sea and drowm, my outreach worker originally from granada said every country has a mental health system

Had a heavy talk with my girlfriend today, you know the one you said i grassed on and had her drugged up, it's hard both of us having mental illness and problems with trust etc, how do you think i feel about her talking in bed about how she hates having drugs forced on her, whats more i feel responsible and she's put on weight

They've virtually closed down all the day centre resources in my local area.

I suppose they've done the same with most other areas???

We're all so disenfranchised now that I predict widespread rioting in some form if the said disenfranchised folk are as badly treated during the next parliament (2015-20) as they have been by this one.

I notice that at my supported lodgings hardly any folk have been registered to vote.

Presumably they know w'ell all vote Labour or Liberal and as a result don't want us to vote.

To my understanding there are far more ideal & comprehensive psychological/social/spiritual approaches to more humane & compassionate responses & potential resolution/healing to these experiences, & countless examples throughout the World & history. Maybe it is ideal Worlds to cite them. All you'll do (along with the majority of people) is deny them all.

Whatever our circumstances/difficulties, imo we're fully accountable/responsible for our life & actions.

i still have certain difficulties around being sectioned 4 times, & my own history, & the part other people played in it all (as well as my own part) - but try as best i can to work on letting go, forgiveness, understanding, & trying to get on living a better life.

i don't agree with a lot of the current mental health system/treatment - however it's wrapped up, presented, rationalised & justified - i think a lot of it is wrong. You have to square your own life & the way you have lived it with your own conscience & god (if you hold to one existing)

It's not for me to pass any more comment/judgement on it all - a lot of people seem to spend their time grassing each other up.

On reflection maybe some form of mass civil disobedience is whats required if the tories get in with a majority.

I've noticed though that Labour are still maintaining a 2% lead in the latest opinion polls.

Hopefully it'll be a Labour//Green Coalition.

I can dream I suppose.

The nightmare scenario for us lot seems to still be a Tory//Ukip coalition.

There's a very fat chap in my supported lodgings who's promising to vote Ukip in May simply because Ukip's promising to bring back smoking in Pubs.

What a buffoon I say to myself.

Interestingly I note he's on the electoral roll.

In an ultimate sense no. But then i don't see spiritual matters in a religious sense either - there is no judgement, other than from ourselves.

Matters of earthly law are obviously different.

Well Proportional Representation for one and a written constitution for another immediately spring to mind.

Obviously a halt to the privatisation of the NHS.

And most important of all a ban on the X-Factor and Ant and Dec:)

My view is we're souls/spiritual Beings, that make a pre life plan & come into incarnation with some degree of choice & planning within overall circumstances. So i'd have to make some kind of distinction between more human/earthly law/matters & what i'd see as certain spiritual realities.

But in essence what i said - whatever our circumstances/difficulties, imo we're fully accountable/responsible for our life & actions. In an ultimate sense, No, i don't believe in diminished responsibility in mental health - we stand in judgement on ourselves.

i know that doesn't wash with a lot of people, but it's the way i see it. But then i don't have a religious view of the after life either.

What's your opinion on it all?

Of mice & men was a good book that asks the same question.
