so there is procyclidine I take early evening
for the side effects of the depot, one tablet
im not sure if I have taken it twice

not a huge problem just wanted to check in with it

From the BNF
2.5 mg 3 times a day, then increased in steps of 2.5–5 mg daily if required; increased if necessary up to 30 mg daily in 2–4 divided doses, to be increased at 2–3 day intervals. Maximum daily dose only to be used in exceptional circumstances; maximum 60 mg per day.


I don't think an accidental double dose would not cause you too many problems but if you are concerned please speak to A/E or 111 but good luck ringing them at the moment.

I've done that 2 days in a row not sure if I've taken my pills, always afraid of taking a double dose. Hopefully your alright. I've been setting my Alexa device to remind me to take my pills on time. Not that familar with that med, but i have had alskesia and it isn't much fun, i think your pills keep that away. Stay well Zoe

yes the pills are for akathisia

a problem shared ... when I share these things , it eases

so a double dose is not a catastrophe

I used to do this a lot.
It was a big problem for me as my memory is bad at the best of times.
Setting your alexa is a good idea also dosette boxes are good so that you know when you have taken your meds.
