Organisers Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Midlands Arts Centre, Sampad South Asian Arts and new partner, Birmingham-based Geese Theatre Company, bring together an accessible, celebratory, and thought-provoking arts festival in consultation with practitioners and those people who have experienced mental ill health.

8:30am, Dr Sanjay Gupta, the CNN news channel. General health magazine show, often has mental health items

(11.20pm, The Warriors, Sky Cinema Thriller. Yay! Another outing for one of faves - made in 1979 so an astonishing 40 years old now. In New York every gang sends unarmed delegates to a big meeting in The Bronx at night. When chaos ensues though one gang has to make it back to Coney Island on the coast - about 35 miles away since New York is that far across - fighting every gang who's area they pass through. A bit like The Magnificent 7 but there are 9 of them at the start - how many will survive and make it back and can you guess? It tends to appeal to men from big cities like me)

11:45pm, A Severed Head, Talking Pictures. Antonia Lynch-Gibbon, wife of upper-crust wine dealer Martin, falls in love with her husband's best friend, noted psychiatrist Palmer Anderson. While both Palmer and Antonia would like to remain in Martin's life, he has some secrets of his own: namely, a mistress called Georgie, whom his womanising brother also desires. 9.30pm, My Strange Addiction, Discovery Home and Health channel

2:15am, Schizo, Horror Channel. Samantha is stalked by a murderer but no-one believes her until her dark past is revealed.

(Can you spot the red-herring before the end? Apparently the budget for this was so low that the actors had to wear their own clothes!)

9.30am, Frasier, Channel 4. The psychiatrist abandons his bar-propping in Boston (a heavily Irish descendant city in the north eastern USA) in favour of presenting a radio show in Seattle (a more Hippie influenced city in the north west). However, his new life is thrown into upheaval when his father moves in with him - followed by his apparently psychic care assistant Daphne.
