Walk & Talk Event, Monday 10th June 2013 - Birmingham

This year's theme for the week is 'Prepared to care?'- are you accessing at! the practical and emotional support you need to continue caring and look after yourself?

The Carers Support Team invites you to join them on a health and wellbeing event for Carers to help mark the beginning of Carers Week 2013 in Birmingham.

If you would like to join the team, other carers and professionals for a leisurely walk followed by a gentle cool down exercise and laughter session (optional) then you can meet us in the courtyard at the rear of the Midlands Arts Centre Cannon Hill Park

Monday 10th June 2013. Meet at 10am to start walking at 10:30am
