It's mental health awareness week here in the UK.

How's everyone doing?

I am not in the U.K. but my psychiatrist upped my Escitalopram to 35 mg and I don’t know yet how that’s going to work🙂

Other than that, it’s been a roller coaster with my anxiety.

Am seeing the psychiatrist this morning.
Really nervous.

At the moment I am on Duloxatine 90mg and Mirtazapine 15 mg

Seeing a psychiatrist shouldn't make one nervous. I have a habit of making notes when I see a psychiatrist just so I don't forget anything.

The actual day I saw the psychiatrist I wasn’t nervous.
It went well.
We discussed which tablet to increase.

Mirtazapine now up from 15mg to 30mg.
Have to observe my weight and phone him in 4 weeks.
(Mirtazapine is notorious for weight gain and I am already overweight)
