Does any of you share their mental state/diagnosis/mental health at work, school or anything else?

For me it's a big NO. When I don't attend school regularly or people notice things I mostly say it's because of health problems.
But I am wondering if others do.

I do if I feel its necessary to explain my behaviour or depending on the role I am in at work. I am open about my mental health with anyone who asks, but I am an outspoken and confident person and I have a stable sense of self so if people judged me or avoided me because of it I wouldn't care

Jesus, that's rough. I guess those friends weren't really friends then....

Yes and some places have rejected me when I had two breakdowns in public during volunteer work
