Does anyone else's depression come in waves ? 2 weeks ago I was so deeply depressed for 3-4 days .. then I pulled myself out of it .. and now today I'm deeply depressed again .. I have depression since my late teens and I'm in my early 30s now and I'm still baffled by it 😪 my 3rd baby is 8 weeks old and such a fussy baby, never sleeps and is colic .. I'm tired .. I'm tired of having to keep it all together all the time Incase I upset or stress someone out by my "low mood" so I have to put on the "I'm grand" face and cry in the bathroom .. ☹ my partner is around and tries helping sometimes but everyone thinks I'm super mom but I'm not. My partner is away Saturday night and Im scared to be alone with all my kids .. I hate this 💔
I think I'm close to a mental breakdown

It’s possibly post natal depression and I suggest you speak to your health visitor or GP there’s a lot they can do to help you.

Congrats on your bundle of joy! I too would agree that it’s postpartum depression. Hope things start looking up for you.
