Does anyone here have memory issues or brain fog and what can I do to lessen it or even possibly get rid of it . ? And also shaky hands when trying to do something small and tedious (like plugging in a charger) especially when someone is watching you ?

Thank you , its definitely not as bad as it used to be thank god but it's still there and I've always felt like I was the only person on earth who had this and I've had this for 6 years now .

I have a really bad memory sometimes. I also seem to not be able to pay attention to when people are talking. Like I am definitely looking right at them and I just got nothing they said. I also can't read out loud if people are around. But that might be dyslexia. It only seems to happen when a im reading to someone tho. Anyway, your not alone.

Same issues here. My job is one that I need to recall names and events relating to customers rapidly. As my anxiety gets worse it becomes more difficult. I'm still able to do it, but now I have to think about it instead of just "knowing". Noise and distraction in the office make it worse.

My solution? I wish I had one. I find myself writing things down more and then rereading them when I have calm moments.

Hi there,

My memory has always been pretty good, however I definitely experience forgetfulness during the more anxious periods of my life. Sometimes I worry myself over how much I tend to forget basic tasks at work etc. I find that writing lists or writing in general definitely helps me gather my thoughts better. Best of luck to you xx

I don't know that the shakiness is caused from anxiety. And in terms I woul highly advise that you make an appointment, for a General Doctor - and then fr om there they could well refer you to a specialist, you would then recommend the right sort of treatment, off course I am only thinking on British Terms, if you reside anywhere else other than the UK, then you're best bet is to make a General Doctor appointment and take things from there. We at MHF, cannot diagnose you, you must seek a medical assistance of memory problems/mental health for this.

Nice to meet you.

Have a good day.
