The voices aren’t real, it doesn’t matter if they’re interactive. Your mind is behind it all. You’re not “crazy,” you simply have a mental illness that needs to be addressed. Its not hopeless. You’re not doomed. You just need help.

I do not suffer from schizophrenia or any sort of condition that would cause hearing voices, so I can’t give you any solid advice other than to seek professional help and tell the important, trustworthy people in your life what you’re dealing with.

As for the social anxiety, I am a SEVERE sufferer but have actively been trying to beat it for a while and have learned a few things:

You need to come off as a positive person. Smile. Maintain eye contact while speaking and being spoken to. Compliment people and show an interest in them in some way. Make sure muscles in your face and body are relaxed so you don’t come off as tense and weird.

Remember, some people are going to be assholes to you. Don’t let those people scare you into not continuing to try to better your social skills. YOU WILL HAVE FAILURES. This is normal.

My voices come with physical realities , my voices are very real . It is interesting how the voices keep trying to shut me up .

Do you have any examples of this occurring?
Yes but they listen as now they are listening.
They plan to end me because my brain as they put it is a dangerous brain.
They've drove me into severe poverty and are still doing this so I can't relax and attack them properly back with my neurological influence .
