I feel like these are my two main issues. I also have self harm issues. Anxiety through the roof that causes tremors. Depression that makes me just... not want to be here and being people down. Especially around my period.
I’ve read that Paxil works for all of these. I’ve tried Zoloft. Anyone with the same few issues?

Hello
I had a similar problem. For me, a brand Prozac worked well a long time ago. But nobody knows if it’ll work for you. Which med will work for you ? It really depends on each individual. Psychotropic meds are pretty complicated since our brain isn’t so simple (neurotransmission is a pretty complex processes).

ADs didn't work for my PMDD, I am on GnRH analogues and estrogen, but just estrogen works for most ladies from what I understand.
Is your SH/ anxiety part of your PMDD or just exacerbated by it? I know I developed issues with the two of them 2 myself, but if you stop the PMDD then it has helped me a lot with those 2 issues.
