Does anyone use meditation as part of their treatment, and does it help?
‘Balance’, an app based meditation aid is currently offering one years free membership. Thought I’d give it a go.

You could probably find some free videos for that on YouTube. :)

Yes yes yes it has saved my life 👌 Start today. It may take a few weeks to feel the benefit so don't give up along the way.

There are different types of meditation. There are different breathing patterns you can use while doing it.

Yep look at stuff on YouTube and pick one you like or try here

Not particularly. But I think mindfulness is basically what I learnt myself after years of suffering with panic attacks. I can question myself and figure it’s just panic and calm down far sooner etc. I think it would be very helpful to practice; just have to find time in the day.
