Management not backing me up

I have a problem at work am a team leader and a few on my shift won't listen to me. Management don't care. One of my coworkers told me to go fuck myself and he keeps getting away with it. Management have no balls to get him in the office. Took a day off work because I feel I will loose it at work. I have many other problems at home like binge eating. Am at my wits end with everything

Hi.

I'm sorry that your Management seems to not be doing anything.

Have you got a HR department to get in contact with or are you a member of a Union that could help support you?

Maybe for the moment, a break from work might do you a little bit of good, if you can afford it, to get away from the trigger a little bit.

Do you think that is a option?

There is a hr department but I don't want anyone to loose there job. They just need bringing down a peg or two. Time.off will help. Couldn't go into work today I felt like i would of snapped at someone

I would say that they wouldn't lose their job, maybe get a quiet word spoken to them or a warning. It would personally surprise me if they just got sacked.

I think it is important to share with someone in HR just how bad it is for you at the moment and how it is making you feel. The last think you need is to keep on letting it get to you so bad that it is causing you to go off sick.

You need to be selfish and take care of yourself.

Also, they may of been doing it thinking that it's a joke etc and they don't know just how much it's hurting.

Please talk to someone.

If it is affecting you personally and professionally then you have to report it to someone who will listen be that a HR department, senior management, union leader/rep, whatever. Would be worth getting some legal advice as well. The person in question should receive a formal warning.
