I was an inpatient on Ashbrook for 6 weeks and some of the staff were amazing and some really weren't. It was a hard time and although i was voluntary it never felt like it and I was threatened a few times with a section but then again I was seriously ill.
I attend the Helios Centre now and it's helping loads. I'd say it's a mostly positive experience.
