A friend of mine who has Schizoaffective disorder keeps saying that he loves me whenever we greet each other. Also by bending over, he flashes his ass crack in my face when I'm seated. What approach should I take with him?

First of all buy him a belt to keep his trousers up lol.

Second, does it bother you when he tells you he loves you? Is it a friendly "love you" or do you think it's more than that?

I don't know what to think. He says to me that I can spend as much time as I want at his. He has offered to let me stay over. Which I have a few times. He says that I'm the only friend that he made in hospital.

That's nice, I didn't make any lasting friends when I was in hospital but I was friendly with a few, but I was only in for 9 days.

If he hasn't made a move already he may genuinely just like having a good friend.
