In the 2nd half of last year I lost weight...since boxing day my mood has been really low and comfort eating is what makes me feel better. The weight is starting to go back on and I can't stop myself eating crap 😢

I’ve only just come across this thread.

I am both a compulsive and comfort eater..
I can’t distinguish which is which or whether they are “hand in hand “
at the moment.

I am thinking of what I will eat next as soon as I take one mouthful.

It’s now 3 months since you both posted.
How are you both doing now? X

I'm doing terrible...weight has piled back on and clothes starting to not fit anymore. Eating 8s literally the only thing that makes me feel better.

I’m really sorry to hear about your struggle.

I am exactly the same with clothes now.
I put on so much weight I was shocked when elasticated
waist sizes were too tight.

I had to get bigger sizes.
Now they are too tight.
