hi welcome x i would go to your gp and ask for a referal to cmht
a good gp really can help
it seems like you are struggling with too much not to be under some kind of specialised care
you could also write to your local MP and tell them you don't believe you are getting the right support
you have us now too ,im really glad you joined the forum ,keep us updated on your condition if you can x Lu x

They've just bounced the referrals back from the gp .they have also put on my notes if I ever try to take my own life again to see it as nothing more than a cry for help and to discharge me .😒

Did they say why they stopped your mood stabiliser? That does not make sense to me. it is normal to be offered CAT and then have to wait about a year before any more therapy is offered. I can understand how difficult that is as one round is not enough. It sounds like you have been really let down by the mental health services. I am really sorry to hear that. I would talk to MIND and ask them for advice. I have found they are very helpful in these circumstances. Please do not give up. You are entitled to support.

Dear pheebee,

Sorry that you have been so let down by the mental health services. Speak to your GP and try to get them to refer you to a different mental health trust, not all clinics are like this. Also, talk to your GP about expunging your the notes that say to disregard suicide attempts, this is totally unethical. If you feel like you are in crisis don't be afraid to contact your local emergency department. Failing that, is there any chance that you can go private. There are some really good psychiatrists out there. You just gotta learn how to work this crap system.

The same thing happened with me. EUPD can be a death sentence if it means services refuse to help. Eventually after 2 years I got prescribed Aripiprazole and got better.
