I lost so much weight my mom is worried. (-20 kilo) I was 78 kilo 4 months ago..

But I can't eat that much. I'm going to throw up. Not on purpose but it happens.

IDK what to do..

Can you have calorific drinks? Drinks with loads of sugar may not suit you but obviously would be most palatable, maybe really milky coffee.
If it is food volume that is the issue, make sure you concentrate on calorie dense foods and don't worry if it is healthy or anything like that, just getting the calorie in you.
Did you used to feel/ be sick after eating? it may just be that you body isn't used to eat much now, and you just need to push though that by slowly increasing the amounts.
How often do you throw up?
Have you seen a doctor about your depression and eating?

There are some medications that help to enhance appetite. If you keep losing weight maybe you need them, such as Megestrol. It has happened to me in the past, I lose all appetite. Usually when I have anxiety.

Thank you I will try that.

I never had issues with eating. I went to Thailand and did eat different for 7 weeks. Now I can't eat a lot idk.. don't feel hungry.. even when I do I get so sick am almost trowing up.

So I'm not throwing up but almost. I try to push myself.. so that's not the problem. Start eating in more times in smaller portions and stuff..

But thanks for the advice

I'm not on medication, and I push myself already.. that's why I'm feeling like trowing up. Because it's too much.

But thanks ♥
