Anyone have any tips on how to bring youself back to reality? Im only gone for minutes at a time it seems but i dont get to choose when im back within reality. There must be a way, like a ships anchor but for reality?

Have you considered CBT therapy?
Ask your psychiatrist/doctor to be referred.
Talking therapy helped me a bit.
Good suggestion, my ex had it and it seemed to work. I did my time with psychiatric docs when i was a kid. I wont sit with them anymore. Yes i know that stupid and bla bla but its just the way i am.

I change my environment, go somewhere else that is safe, if they've got respite where you are or take prn. Therapy if you get a good psychologist can really change the way you see things it's called meta cognitive therapy. Or I stand in the bathroom with the fan on seems to calm me.
