Some tips that have helped me are, find a diet that is not too constricting, eat fish 2-3 times a week, and go for walks atleast 60 minutes every day, even if you feel like crap, once you've finished you will feel a sense of accomplishment, and your body will thank you for it, which translates to mind.

Another tip is to always find the positive in something negative, one example is if your father/family member wants you to help them carry a piano, think of it as building relations and getting a workout at the same time, if you're tired one day and only watch TV for the duration of the day, atleast treat your body good by eating right, sitting is not an excuse for not eating more healthy, do what you can when you can, and you will upgrade your mentality step by step day by day, it worked for me and should for others.

The last tip is to try and wake up and go to sleep at the exact time every day, if you dont have a job atleast try to keep a stable pattern going, sunlight eleviates depression makes you feel better and is healthy overall, so try and not wake up too late, especially in the winter time as the days are so short.
