HI Folks,

I almost had to complimentary laugh when I read about the caption, any advice on therapy under Treatment Sections of the Forums, Talking Therapy, I seriously still think, and feel, that to help my controlling of mental health issues, such as anxiety, paranoia, and hearing voices, even though ah, I am on medication for these problems, when they rear their ugly heads, I always always do find, that music listening, and musicals listening, very very powerful, and workable therapy for me, even to this day, I still as a daily ritual if you like, still listen to music, and musicals, because it is so very very theraputic, calming, and relaxing.

I should like to wear my headphones, when to be out and about, however, I wouldn't necessarily be aware of traffic/emergency services sounds, throuhg headphones, so annoyingly this can't be done, for that reason, so I just listen to my walkman, when I am in side buildings such as in at home in room, in volunteering work rooms, and at airport general and also airline club lounges, and also then away, whilst at poolside, and also in general lobby foyer areas, and when I am knitting to allow for the rooms to be serviced, unless off course we'll be out for the mid late morning, and again, I don't even listenn to walkman in car anymore. Because I'll be aware, that the car radio will be on.

So once, again, I had to complimentary laugh when I did read that caption, as I do very much feel even today, that music and musical (s) listening is the best powerful workable therapy tool, overall.

Have a hopefully good Christmas remaining ahead day, everyone.

I listen to music quite a lot. It fills the silence. If I want to go out and be anti social I wear bright pink ear buds and turn the volume down a smidge. Never had any problems not hearing traffic.

Hi Folks,

I felt I would update this thread;

As always I still am listening to music and musicals, and given the chance combined whilst volunteering; and also via in at home whilst needle working, or knitting, or be it, at the computer in at home even. Pariticularly, shouild there be loud, screaming children, via the general near me, gardens areas.

I am still very well, no anxieties, no stress, stress wise which brouight me to listen to music in the first place, and also severe thunderstorms, many moons ago, no hearing voices, no paranoia, and no delusions, nothing very acute, noting very beyond severe.

Feeling so well, I have partially reduced my dose to 20ml. I'll see how that will do for me.

Regards All,

Natalie.

I just half hope, through the GP, field, I can eventually get some extra help, as to why, persisiting painful heads kept happening, for the best during part of last week, and onto this week.

Hi Evening Folks,

Horray! I could happily listen to a musical very favourite track (one of many tracks) on a certain cd, without a problem, now that I have bought hold of a new walkman. Or in other words personal cd player.

I have had unsettling, afternoon of day today, anyway, I'm finally settling down, to wind down, listening to musicals/music and knitting, before eventually retiring for the night.

No volunteering tomorrow, that had to have been postponed. Looking forward to a combination of 2 mailings, next Wednesday. Probably shan't be doing a pre catch up, not until about 5 or 6 pm, next Wednesday, I'll be busier withina group for the double bill of mailing.

Anyway, in the meantime, winding down listening to music, and knitting, and also tuning into MHF.

Best Regards All.

HI Folks,

I am having problems later on, on cds, listening to music tracks, properly and I have a sneaky feeling I might have to purchase a new set of on ear headphones, they're reasonably charged. Earlier on on the cds, I'm finer.

i couldn't throroughly relax this af ternoon, that from lunchtime, I;ve been having another bout of terrible painful sinuses headaches, and then having to deal with congestion to eventually relieve.

I am much better on both counts, the pains and congestion.

Without too much ontoday, I remembered to take my full dose properly, and accurately.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.

Hi Evening Folks,

I have bought a pair of headphones today - usual sort.

I have been listening to musical, after being out shopping, (there was a slight incident in which I panicked, I'll cover t his in a relavant section) and with the new pair of headphones, and at long last, I could hear a track normally and much better, it's a very old musical cd, from 08/09, and gradually, and I think that the tracks later on, on the cd, are coming back to normal life again.

Best Regards All, oh and I don't know about another different cd in this respect same principal as well, not until when I get to hear that cd, no not musical).

Hi Folks,

Having had evening hot meal, and separately taken the Fluxoetine earlier, and had to increase my mental health dose by 5ml to 25ml, and listen to some, of my very favourite musical, I have certainly bounced back from feeling unsettled now.

No chair fitness this evening, I worked out earlier morning today - normal workout.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.
