I was just wondering if any well else has dealt with this symptom. If I'm going through something stressful I get a bout of lightheadedness/Off balance feeling for about a week or so. It also tends to numb my emotions. Having this makes it very hard to work or do anything for that matter. Just curious if anyone else has had this or have any tips on how to deal with it. Thanks

I am on meds. My meds actually made it go away for awhile and now it's back. I also just bumped up from 10mg to 20mg so hopefully that's helps. I just feel so zoned out and uncordnated. I don't know if it's more my depression or anxiety

I found the sertraline I am taking made me feel like that. It was worse if I had forgot to take it. Maybe make a dr appointment ? sometimes a problem with the inner ear can make you feel like that to. Do hope it improves for you can't be nice feeling like that

I unfortunately cannot offer any advice, but this is something I'm also currently dealing with. It's been a consistent issue and it really freaks me out. It does make me feel a little better to know that someone else out there is going through it, and hopefully it can do the same for you.
