Lifestyle Check

I've been getting really worn down over the past couple of days. So much so that I've spaced looking at my checklist for lifestyle factors that tend to throw me off.

Sleep: I'm not getting enough. Too much screen time at night. In the past I've gotten away with it but now it's obvious I can't handle it. I'm going to switch to reading physical books and writing with paper and pencil.

Diet: Has been really sliding. I've had more fast food and sugar filled garbage in the last week than I have in the past month. I need to make a conscious effort to rectify this.

Stress: Nonstop big projects that are due that I've been procrastinating on. I've had to bump up my Adderall intake to deal with them but the crashes afterwards are getting worse. After this week I'll be able to wind down and reset myself.

Hydration: Hit and miss. But I think that even when I do drink enough water it's not getting absorbed. Bumping up my sodium intake should take care of that and I might need to add other electrolytes (It's what plants crave!). I've also been drinking more alchol and coffee lately which are both diuretics.

Exercise: Fallen off the bandwagon. I don't have the energy for it, most likely due to skipping meals.

Socializing: Nonexistent during the week and then I hang out with friends (drink) on the weekends. Spending more time with acquaintances and familiar faces (rather than just friends who have limited schedules) should perk me up some.

Sunlight: I've forgotten what that is.

I can't remember the others off the top of my head but it's obvious why my health and sanity have been declining. Keep in mind that these aren't issues that all sprang up at once. As different priorities kept popping up I've let all of these take a hit.

So now I'm going to eat something, drink some water, go to a meeting, take a walk, and take a nap. There are at least 10 other things that are important that I have to get done today but **** it, I need to take care of myself before this gets worse.
