My doc advised me to switch from Lexapro to Paxil.does any one has similar experience? what to expect from this switch?
Please advise

Why did the doc advise you to change? I'm on escitalpram (lexapro) think its a great medicine, paxils the same as zoloft. They all to my knowledge do basically the same thing.

I guess it is cause of medicine availability at their Hospital..I would continue with Lexapro..though Lexarpo was giving best results initially with low dose and the efficacy got reduced even with high dose? any advise?Thanks

If it's not working, it's not working, best to listen to the doctor. Hope the change helps you. I've had great results with escitalpram I just hope that doesn't happen to me, and it keeps working.
