Howdi peeps,

It's been a while since I've dropped in on my kindred spirits.

I'm at a stage in life again, where my coping mechanism has become "everyone else is completely and utterly wrong about me and my beliefs, and I am completely and utterly right." Needless to say, it causes a lot of offense and loses me many a friend and acquaintance.

I just can't make friends of people who constantly accept that the tried and tested ideas, are the best ideas. Surely, the natural intuition of humanity is to question everything and provide new and beautiful ways to make sense of those ideas.

Am I the narrow minded one, or, is everyone else just too set in their ways?

Chris

Hi Chris I've never had that feeling myself but if someone is going to argue that the earth is flat I tend to enter discussions with them if you know what I mean. I would say relax and try have more fun rather than argue, if you're allowed that space in a relationship. If it turns sour then usually best to cut ties IMO.
