Do you have a personal tutor? A mental health support worker/counselor attached to your Uni? Maybe you need to seek them out and enlist their support. You can't afford to wait.

I completely emapthise with you, uni is a tough tough journey and mental illness makes it feel like you're walking through thick mud if you can even walk at all. Please speak with your personal tutor, uni counsellor to see what support can be given to you. You don't have long to go but don't let all your hard work and perseverance until this point be wasted. You will make it :)
