Hi all,

Admittedly in the past few months, I haven't been physically well, or just feeling very low in general, because of the weather making me feel severely irritible, I don't know whether if i have covered on here before, that, aware eventually I'll be going away on holidays, and usually its my mother couting down, not me, or dad at times as well, that my motivation in the sense of regular working out, seemingly dissappears on a gradual, then quick basis. 2-3 then 1 week before, and I'll dare not workout in the week before in at home, as I'll only be tempted to workout regularly more, and I know that I'll be away on holiday just after the final week of parents counting down until when we'll go.

It's only a vague possibilty, that there could be just maybe another break in the summer, so in other words, I'm thinking, I don't like interruptions, for my usual volunteering activities which only happen on the odd occasion, and regular fitness working out routines.

Then, just after and all being well, when we return back to home, allowing for a few days for jet lag, I'll try to plan to workout, then, as if I'm in the meantime doing so, I always happen to be sinuses and nasal health wise, at times, not all the time, unwell.

Oh yes, reflecting back, I had that dental infection problem. Well, that just pulled me down that had and I couldn't feel to workout at all, on a daily regular basis.

All being well, and after when return from holiday/vacation in March, I want to seriously focus on my working out and I'll attend classes though, because these days, with mum needing her afternoon resting times, and when my brother returns back in I can't then easily jump to plan to workout, so I'm thinking, I'll just attend classes only, in the main that way, I am still working out, in a class format mode, rather than trying to plan to workout in at home.

I shall be on a cruise, for a week, an another country within based cruise, flying to the other country, and combining it with a land based holiday, so hoepfully, I'll try to if it isn't too jumpy, do the zumba, on board the ship. I have done a couple of times before. Worked out on ship in the zumba groups.

I was half hoping to get to zumba gold Saturday morning, the weather is having its usual turn again, so I won't be able to get there.

I'll try for zumba gold group on Wednesday morning, before i go away, or unless, if Im volunteering for this particualr charity I'm in talks with at the moment so to speak, to confirm and arrange for a mailing stint with them, for mid late next week. I'm going to have to see how i can juggle between them, and the zumba gold group.

Although on the other hand, I can in at home, always basically just get a chair based workout done, I have a fitness dvd segment which is specifically designed, for that purposes, still reeping the usual rewards of fitness, only it's a chair workout programme. So i might opt for that instead, in at home.

I'm just waiting in the meantime for this present infection I have had on me, to clear and heal up, no not sinuses, and after when that should heal up, I'll do the chair based workouts.

HI all,

I have just done a chair based workout. I forgot about it in the day time to get it done then, so I felt I'll get that done this evening. Certainly a great pep up, for feeling tired, boosts more energy, and feeling generally irritible, which is me, anyway, so reep the same similar benefits from a chair workout, like a standing workout.

I'll next get a chair based workout done, hopefully tomorrow.
