Just wondering ... do members of this forum know that a conceptually simple technology, based on modifying a radar signal, was demonstrated back in 1973 by researcher Dr. Joseph Sharp?
Or that Sharp's method was described in an article titled "Microwaves and Behavior" by Dr. Don Justesen by Dr. Don Justesen, published in "The American Psychologist" journal, March 1975?
This method is not classfied secret, and anyone with a medium power industrial or military surplus radar transmitter can hire an experienced technician to create the modifications necessary.
