This is hard decision for you to make on your own-can you wait till your CPN gets back?

I have been on Trazodone a long time ago. I really did like it-made me drowsy when I got up in the morning

I did not like it is what I meant to say Sorry
I’ve been advised to take 100mg of a nite and 2 doses of 50mg twice through the day . I took 50mg about half hour ago and I don’t feel any different

Keep me updated how the meds are effecting you. It is always nice to get some feedback when you are a little worried about meds.

People who took their own life may not have spoken out but it did show in their behaviors leading up to this point of no return

That is so true speaking from experience it’s not so much you want to die but you just don’t want to be here. Just want everything to go away
im glad your able to relate to what I said as I think some times people think suicide is the only way . I’ve been there and it’s not a nice feeling playing with your own life because your tired and don’t feel you can go on . I urge anybody who feels so down an wants to give up to open up let people help you if you’ve got no one close to ring then go to your docters r even A&E they have specialists who deal in helping you and please remember you deserve help and when you get it even tho the triad maybe slow you’ll get back to feeling better
