Hi Momma's and Poppa's out there,
Just wanted to get some thoughts out....
Raising kids is the most exhausting...especially when trying to keep it together yourself,
Mornings are hard...getting the kids ready for school...out the door...no energy...
Constantly working to fill their cup...when mine is bone dry...
I am tired...want to cry, curl up and go back to bed...
Sigh...but I can't I have to take care of my 1.5 year old.
Just keep going, just keep going......

I have a daughter going through something similar. She has 2 children and struggles with anxiety and now depression. It’s horrible watching her. I suffer with depression too so I can’t always help her. Keep going momma...it does get easier

Bless you for helping her! My mother is not really much help on a day to day basis. Too busy and wrapped up in her own life.
Parenting hands down has to be the hardest job in the world.

You are not kidding KMV. Sad that your mother can’t support you. I couldn’t live with myself if I just left my daughter to get on with it, but it can be such a struggle especially when I’m having one of my days.

KMV :respect: It really is the hardest job in the world. Ten fold for single parents, Especially without a good support system in place. :faint:

I feel you 100% KMV! Im a single mum of two with pnd. I actually scheduled a cry the other day. I was like "just get the kids to bed then have a nice weep" lol. Seriously though being a parent is the most physically and emotionally demanding thing ever.

But my gosh you're doing an amazing job. Your children are loved, safe, warm and fed. x
