Hey Nikita, I do that exercise everyday. Serves me very well. I begin my day with five minutes of this and a mediation and end the same way. Usually mediate once or so in day too. Love body scans, mindfulness as I go about my day. Theses things are incredible. Also dancing lately. love D x
