Hi there all,
I had a question and wasn't quite sure where to post it since I cannot on my personal social media. Does anyone journal to help with mental health? And if so, would you be able to help me understand how to start or what types of things you write about to help. I really want to start for 2020 🙂

The best thing you can do is look thru the journals section and see what others have posted. It doesnt have to be all serious you can just post what’s going thru your mind. Ive been keeping a journal for a many years and it makes me realise when i read thru it how far i have come.

I have a written journal that I write in every night. I also have a blog that a few friends read. It helps me so much to get my feelings out.
